As you get older it may be more difficult to keep try of your medication and monitoring their health on a daily basic. With the new technology we now have apps that help with these things:

       - Medication reminders: Ability to issue reminders, dispense meds, monitor medication usage and notify caregivers when doses are missed.

       - Pill dispensers: Automated pill dispenser that remind users when to take a does and the amount to take.

      -Nutrition guides: Keeps track of what they should be eating and when. How to plan a meal and what is in every meal.

Monitoring Systems!

Monitoring systems are the way to go if you are ever worried for your safety or your loved ones safety. They can help detect hazardous. 

       - Traditional PERS: (Personal emergency response systems). Ever hear of the commercials, "I've fallen and I can't get up!"? They send alarms to notify caregivers, hospitals, and other centers about: falls, health emergency, home invasion, fires, etc.

      -Mobile PERS:  Gives the ability to use on the go.

      - GPS Tracking Systems:  Alerts the authorities and locates missing person quickly. System operates by signal exchanges from satellites and nearby cell towers when a person is traveling.
